Quand les infirmières crient «sauve-qui-peut»
Si au lieu de forcer les infirmières à choisir entre quitter la profession ou travailler pour l’État, on leur laissait un peu plus de flexibilité, il y a fort à parier qu’elles seraient plus nombreuses à rester dans la profession et à continuer de prendre soin des Québécois et Québécoises.

The Nurse Shortage in Quebec: Improving Flexibility and Working Conditions
Quebec needs to improve flexibility and working conditions to keep young nurses in the profession, according to this study published by the MEI. “For every 100 nurses we train, 44 will leave the profession before their 35th birthday,” explains Emmanuelle B.
